Drunken Leeks

7 Small leeks; trimmed and was

1 Garlic crushed

5 ml Red wine vinegar

Black pepper

ds Salt

100 ml Red wine

30 ml Parsley chopped

Cover and cook for 15 mor 3. Place the leeks on a serving dish and reduce the liquid left in the pan 4. Add the vinegar and pepper to taste.
