Easy Baked Meatballs

Ingredients

2 pounds Lean ground beef

1 package Stove Top Stuffing mix (120g)

1 cup water

2 Eggs


Directions

Preheat oven to 400?F. Line 2 large pans with foil. Spray pan and rack (if using) with cooking oil. Mix together all ingredients, and form into 32, 1-1/2" balls. 3Place meatballs on the pan (or rack if using) and bake for 16 - 18 minutes, or until done.
