Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

1 can Chicken

1/2 cup Chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

1 16 ounce pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

3/4 cup Milk

1 cup Cheddar cheese

1 Box Pie crust


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Set pie crust out to warm. Chop onion and sauté in 2 T oil with garlic salt and black pepper. Drain chicken and chop into small pieces. Add chicken, soup, cheese, and milk heating thoroughly. Spray 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Place first pie crust in bottom and up sides of dish. Pour in meat mixture. Place second crust on top, adding vents with butter knife. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
