Ingredients

2 1/4 Ounce Pasta Whole-Wheat, Dry

1 1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 1/4 Ounce Chicken Breast Strips Pre-Cooked

1 1/2 Carrots

1 Chicken Bouillon Cube

2 1/2 Cups Water

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper


Directions

1. Peel carrots. Dice them into small cubes. 2. Place them in a pot with water, add olive oil, and cook over high heat for 8 minutes. 3. Remove carrots from the boiling water, set aside, and keep the water. Slice chicken into thin strips. 4. Add the pasta and bouillon cube into the boiling water and cook it for about 9 minutes until al dente. 5. Add the carrots and the chicken strips and cook on medium heat for one last minute or until chicken is cooked. You can add pepper if you want.
