Easy Coffee Cake

Ingredients

2 c Bisquick

1/3 c Brown sugar packed

2/3 c milk

1/2 ts Cinnamon

1 Egg

2 tb margarine firm, or butter

2 tb Sugar

1/3 c Bisquick


Directions

Heat oven to 375F. Grease round pan, 9 x 1 1/2". Prepare Streusel topping; reserve. Mix all remaining ingredients, beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings. For the streusel topping: Mix all ingredients together until crumbly. I made this recipe because it was easy (first time) yet I added "splenda" to the cake mix (to sweeten it a little more) as well as a 1/4 cup of roasted almonds to the main mix. I also added 'raisins' along with the brown sugar to the topping. It is aquare because I did not have a round baking pan. Thanks for posting it and I've sent my photo of the Coffee Cake of my version of the cake!
