Eggnog Pudding

This is a great way to use eggnog, and excess whipping cream.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups

1 tablespoon

1/2 cup

2 tablespoon

1 teaspoon topping


Directions

Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form add rum. Put eggnog and cornstarch in the top of a double boiler. Stirring constantly cook until eggnog is set. Fold in whipping cream. Chill. Top with cinnamon Serve
