Ingredients

3 cups sweet potatoes

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 Eggs beaten

1/2 stick Butter

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup Flour

1 cup nuts chopped

1/2 stick Butter

1/2 cup coconut optional

Directions

Cook potatoes until done and drain and mash. add all ingredients and put in baking dish. Topping: Mix all and spread on top of potatoes and bak at 350 for 30 minutes.
