Fajitas Salsa

Ingredients

5 green bell peppers sliced

2.5 red bell pepper sliced

2.5 onion thinly sliced

2.5 cups fresh mushrooms sliced

5 cups cooked chicken meat diced

2.5 0.7-oz packages Italian-style salad dressing mix

1 cup Tomato sauce

3 Cup American Cheese

1.666 cups cucumber diced

3.25 avocados peeled, pitted and diced

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons

3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds + 1 teaspoon

1 tablespoon lemon juice + 2 teaspoons

2 tablespoons sesame oil + 3/4 teaspoon


Directions

1. Cut peppers and onion into thin slices. Do not dice, leave slices long and thin. 2. Saut peppers using the sesame oil and onion in a small amount of oil until tender. Add mushrooms and chicken. Continue to cook on low heat until heated through. Stir in dry salad dressing mix and blend thoroughly. Don't make it hot 4. Mix everything else in the blinder and chop. Make sure make it chunking when you are a blinding. The salsa looks better when it's chunking 5. Served Cold

You can use any type of meat. I tried tuna and tasted fantastic. I even put in left over meat and it tasted great. If you want to have it hot add more pepper flakes. [I posted this recipe.]
