Ingredients

1 large plantain very well ripe

1 tablespoon Butter

2 tablespoons Brown sugar

Directions

Preheat Oven, 450(F) degrees for 10-15 minutes. 1. Grease a small pan (8'x8') with butter. Excess butter, just spread it on the bottom. 2. Slice the plantain in 2 and put in pan over butter 3. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake the plantain. 15 minutes on 1 side and about 10 minutes on the other one. Once in a while, just check it. When is caramelized and look right, is done. Remove from pan with a large spatula. Be careful as is very soft and sticks on your fingers. :) Soft, sweet and perfect to use as a side dish.
