Fish Taco Salad

Ingredients

Salad:

1 cup lettuce of choice or kale washed and spun

1 fillet fish of choice

1 avocado sliced

1 medium Tomato or cherry tomatoes diced

1/4 red onion diced

1/4 cup cilantro diced

Sauce:

1/4 cup fresh salsa

1/4 cup sour cream


Directions

Cook fish in homemade taco spice in medium pan with a bit of olive or avocado oil. Cook till done and edges are crispy. Set aside. Cut all salad ingredients and arrnge in a bowl. Top with fish, one piece for each person. Blend salsa and sour cream to make a sauce. Pour over. Easy! Delish! Low carb and paleo!
