Fish tacos, Mixteca-style (Tacos de Pescado a la Mixteca)

Mixtec people inhabited the region known as La Mixteca which covers parts of the Mexican states of Oaxaca, Guerrero and Puebla.We guarantee you'll want to make this recipe over and over again. Delicious!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Flounder or sole fillets

4 tbsp Mölli Oaxaca Cooking Paste

2 tbsp Olive oil

1/2 Red onion quartered and finely sliced

4 tbsp Cilantro chopped

4 Radishes, cut in 1/4” cubes

2 Limes, halved

2 Habanero chiles halved seeded and sliced in strips

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

12 Corn tortillas


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place fish fillets over a cookie sheet. Rub Oaxaca Cooking paste over fillets until fully covered. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 minutes or until fully cooked. 3. Meanwhile heat tortillas in a skillet. Wrap them in aluminum foil, and then wrap them in a thick towel to keep them warm. 4. Place a piece of the fish on top of each tortilla and let people garnish with the rest of the ingredients. Provecho!
