Ingredients

1-2 pound beef roast / stew meat cubed

8 potatoes quartered

1 onion diced

1 bag small carrots

salt

pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 Cup(can) Tomato juice

1 teaspoon Sugar

2 tablespoons Tapioca

1 Cup Celery Diced


Directions

Mix together and bake at 275 degrees in a dutch oven for five hours.
