Combine Marinade ingredients in small bowl and mix well.
Place flank steak (1.5 to 2 lbs.) and marinade in bag or container, coating well.
Marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight.
Remove steak from marinade: discard marinade.
Place steak on electric grill.
Grill convered for 20 minutes, turning once at 10 minutes.
Remove from grill; cover in foil and let rest for minutes.
Carve steak across the grain into thin slices.
