Flank Steak - Chipotle Marinade

Thinly carved flank steak marinated in chipotle, lime concoction

Ingredients

1 1/2 - 2 lbs Flank Steak

1/3 cup Lime Juice

1 tablespoon Brown sugar packed

1 cube Cilantro crushed

2 cubes Chipotle crushed

2 cubes Garlic crushed


Directions

Combine Marinade ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Place flank steak (1.5 to 2 lbs.) and marinade in bag or container, coating well. Marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight. Remove steak from marinade: discard marinade. Place steak on electric grill. Grill convered for 20 minutes, turning once at 10 minutes. Remove from grill; cover in foil and let rest for minutes. Carve steak across the grain into thin slices. For best results, steak to be medium to medium rare.
