Floating Fruit Parfaits

Directions

1. Divide fruit among 6 dessert glasses. Stir boiling water into gelatin for 2 minutes until dissolved. Stir in cold water and ice cubes until ice is completely melted. 2. Pour 3/4 cup of gelatin over fruit in each glass. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until set but not firm. 3. Add 1 cup of cool whip to remaining gelatin; sit with wire whisk until well blended. Spoon evenly over gelatin in glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Top with remaining cool whip. WW - 1 point per serving
