Ingredients

2 cup rice flour 280 grams

1 cup potato starch 140 grams

1/2 cup tapioca flour 60 grams

250 grams brown rice flour

250 grams rice flour

250 grams tapioca flour

250 potato starch

2 cups rice flour

1 cup powder milk lactose free OR rice milk OR soy milk (always in powder)

1 cup potato starch

1 cup rice cream

2 tablespoon xanthan gum


Directions

Mix each ingredients. These recipes last for about 20 days in a sealed pot. Types of flour - "Legume" flour: chickpeas flour, soy flour (contains a lot of protein but it leaves a lot of residual taste) - Oilseeds flour: almond flour, brazil nut flour, walnut flour (contains a lot of protein and also fat) Buckwheat flour (it is not a cereal) Sorghum flour Amaranth flour (similar to the rice flour)
