Ingredients

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 Cup Fontina Cheese Grated

1/2 Cup Sharp Groviera Grated

1/2 Cup Bleu or Gorgonzola Cheese Grated


Directions

In a medium saucepan bring whipping cream to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently Gradually stir the cheese into the whipping cream- constantly stirring Reduce heat to low and continue stirring until all the cheese have melted Be careful not to have too hot or sauce will burn Add crushed black pepper if desired Serve over the polenta that has been unfolded or the fried slices
