2 cups White rice

4 cups Water

3 halves Chicken breasts boneless and skinless sliced

1 Green pepper sliced

1 head Broccoli chopped

1 cup Carrot sliced

1 large Onion sliced

1 tablespoon Canola Oil

2/3 cup Soy sauce

1/4 cup Brown sugar

1 tablespoon Corn starch

1 tablespoon Garlic minced


Directions
