French Apple Pie

Good to use topping for many fruit pies.

Ingredients

6 cups Apples Thinly Sliced

3/4 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Flour

1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 dash Salt

1 cup Flour

1/2 cup Margarine

1/2 cup Brown sugar


Directions

Mix the apples, sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Pour into a 9 inch pie. In a small bowl, mix flour, margarine, and brown sugar until crumbles. Pour over top of apple mixture. Bake for 50 min at 425 degrees. Cover top with aluminum foil for the last 10 mins to keep from burning crumble.
