French Country Beef Stew

Ingredients

2 pound Stew meat

2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

1 16-oz can Tomato and liquid

1 cup Onion chopped

1 1/2 cup Water

3 tablespoon Beef stock boullioin

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

3/4 teaspoon Tarragon

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

2 cup Carrot sliced or baby


Directions

In a large kettle heat oil until hot. Brown 1/2 of the beef, remove and brown the remaining beef. Add all other ingredients except carrots. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender (about 1 hour). Add carrots and simmer til tender (about 20 minutes).
