Ingredients

4 lbs rump roast

10.5 oz can beef broth

10.5 oz can French onion soup

12 fl oz can or bottle beer

4 tbsp worchestire sauce

3 cloves garlic

French rolls

Sliced cheese


Directions

Trim excess fat from roast. Rub salt and assorted spices of choice on roast. Add beef broth, soup, beer, worchestire sauce, and garlic to the pot. Cook on low forn7 hours. Split rolls and spread with butter. Bake 10 minutes or until toasty.
