Place roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle half of the Au Jus gravy mix over the meat.
Pour the water (it's ABOUT 1 cup and 1/4-- eyeball it depending on size of roast) around the sides of the meat.
Cook on Low for 10-12 hours or until the meat is very tender.
Remove the roast from the cooker and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Then, shred with two forks and cover with tin foil.
Meanwhile, stir in remaining Au Jus packet to the slow cooker and cook on High for 30 minutes.
