Ingredients

6 slices Bread Cut into thirds

3 each Eggs Large

1 cup Orange juice

2 teaspoons Vanilla

1/2 cup Canola Oil


Directions

1) In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. 2) Dip bread into the egg batter and quickly coat both sides, allowing excess to drip off. 3) Immediately transfer to the skillet and begin frying, about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. 4) Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
