Fresh Blueberry Cobbler #2

Ingredients

2 tb Water

1 c Bisquick original baking mix

1 tb Margarine or butter; melted

1 ts Lemon juice

1/2 c Sugar

1/4 c milk

1 tb Sugar

1 tb Cornstarch

4 c Fresh blueberries


Directions

HEAT oven to 425 degrees. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and the cornstarch in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in blueberries, water and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. MIX remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 6 tablespoonfuls onto hot blueberry mixture. Followed directions but came out very loose. Bisquick mixture when dropped into blueberries mix did not spread like shown in picture. Will probably be good over ice cream but not served alone.
