Fresh Fig Salad with Kiwi-Lime Dressing

Ingredients

1 tb Honey

2 tb Fat-free mayo

1/2 c Honeydew melon balls

1/2 c Small strawberries; hulled

Torn lettuce and chopped

1 sm Kiwi; peeled and chopped

2 tb Nonfat sour cream

2 tb Lime juice; divided


Directions

In a medium bowl, toss figs, blueberries, melon, and strawberries with 1 tbsp of lime juice. In a food processor, porcess the kiwi, mayo, sour cream and honey with remaining lime juice. Serve fruit over torn lettuce; top with dressing. Sprinkle with pecans. Makes 4 servings. Source: Preventions The Healthy Cook. Would love to try this . . . but I would really like to know how many figs and blueberries you use. Both are mentioned in the directions but not in the ingredients! I currently have lots of fresh figs!!!
