Mix topping ingredients and spread in a 9" x 13" pan and bake 15 minutes at 350. Stir occassionally. Cool and crumble. Spread 1/2 of crumbs on bottom of pan, cover with 1/2 jar caramel sauce, then 1/2 gallon ice cream, softened. Sprinkle remainder of crumbs over top and drizzle remaining caramel sauce over all. Refreeze.
