Garlic Parmesan Orzo

A delicious and very easy alternative to rice or noodles with dinner.

Ingredients

2 cups orzo pasta uncooked

3 teaspoons Garlic minced

1/2 cup butter cubed

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup 2% milk

2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced

1 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper


Directions

Cook orzo according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, saute garlic in butter until tender. Add the orzo, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through, then serve.

This was easy, and it was good. I added turkey and garlic scapes at the end.
