Directions

Dice onion into very small pieces. Cook onion, and garlic with butter in saucepan. Add red curry paste and flour, once stirred through add coconut cream and stir/whisk to thicken. Add fennel. Remove from heat and add prawns. Line pie maker with short crust pastry on the base, fill with mixture and add the puff pastry top, cook for 6 minutes and serve.
