Garlic Tahini Kale Slaw

Ingredients

2 cups Lacinto Kale destemmed

2 cups Red Kale shredded or sliced

2 cups Red Cabbage

6 whole Strawberries sliced

1 whole Kiwi sliced

2 cups red grapes (seedless) whole

2 tablespoons Raw Tahini

1 whole Lemon juiced

6 cloves Garlic pressed

1 teaspoon Raw Soy Sauce

2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

Add Water till sauce is at desired consistency

Optional Non-Vegan/Raw Additions

1 tablespoon Pecorino Romano (sheeps milk) sprinkle on top of each serving


Directions

Slice and combine greens Add desired fruit Toss with Garlic Tahini Sauce and serve or chill

We only have one type of kale in my small Kansas town. We use kale, napa and regular cabbage. It has become a family favorite. My children even love it!
