This was an easy pie to make and nice to freeze. Nice choice for something different and we enjoyed it with vanilla ice cream. Texture similar to pecan pie.

4 pie shells frozen
6 whole Eggs
1 stick margarine melted
4 cups Sugar
4 Tablespoon Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 medium can coconut
3/4 cup Pecans chopped
1 large can evaporated milk
well being how this is my third time making this pie, i guess u can say i pretty much love it! for one pie, i add 1/4 cup pecans, 1 1/2 cup loosely packed coconut, and 3 oz evaporated milk. delish!

sherisThis pie is excellent. I made one big deepdish pie. I may cut down on the sugar next time but will definetely be cooking this one again, very soon! My entire family loved it! I left the coconut out because my husband doesn't like it and it is good as well. I increased the pecans alittle.
