Preheat oven to 450°
You can use a glass baking dish, or an iron skillet
Coat the sides and bottom of your pan well with butter
In bowl, beat eggs until light and frothy
Add salt, then flour
When mixed well, add milk
Pour into pan or baking dish, and place in oven
Bake for 20 minutes at 450°, then reduce temp to 350° and bake until top and edges are brown and crispy
Serve immediately after removing from oven, with powdered sugar and lemon wedges
