Ingredients

2 Packs Egg roll wrappers

2 Lbs Ground beef Cooked

6 Cups Cabbage Shredded

2 Cans Water chestnuts Sliced up

1 Cups Spring green onions Chopped

4 tablespoons Sherry

8 teaspoons Soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger

3 teaspoons Corn starch

4 Cloves Lrg garlic Minced


Directions

Brown meat -drain. Put small amount oil in a pan over med- high heat. Stir-fry remainder ingredient about 2 mins until cabbage looks done. Then add the meat, mix. Cool completely. Roll in egg rolls seal with cornstarch and water mix. Fry @. 375 until golden brown Special plum sauce 1 jar plum preserves 2 Tbsp white vinegar 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp ground ginger Mix together in sauce pan, bring to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Serve with egg rolls. Yummmo
