Ingredients

350 grams gluten free flour (MIX B SCHAR)

3 tablespoons Olive oil

1 teaspoon Salt

200 ml warm water

1 teaspoon Baking soda


Directions

Make a dough from the ingredients and let sit for 20 min in fridge (covered with foil). Separate the dough in 8 pieces, shape them into balls and roll them into tortilla shape using flour to prevent sticking. Heat the pan (no oil!) and carefully put the tortillas in the pan to bake (1-2 min each side). Cover the warm tortillas with a lid or another plate. The steam will make them softer.
