Ingredients

2 heads Endive

5 ounces gorgonzola cheese

1/2 cup chopped caramelized walnuts

1/4 cup balsamic reduction


Directions

Separate Endive leaves and lay out on cutting board or wax paper. Lightly fill endive leaves with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese. Sprinkle on caramelized walnuts. Dip fork in Balsamic reduction and drizzle on top. See recipes for Grammy' Balsamic Reduction and Grammy's Caramelized Walnuts.
