Ingredients

12.75 oz All purpose flour

12 oz buttter

1 tsp salt

0.5 oz Vinegar

1 ea Egg

2.6 oz water


Directions

1. Add Flour and salt together in mixer. 2. Cut up butter and put into mixer. Mix until butter become pea sized. 3. Add vinegar, egg and water together in measuring cup. 4. Pour liquid into dry ingredients until crust come together. 5. Scale out dough into 10oz portions. Refrigerate until ready to roll out
