Once I tried making my own granola, I never wanted to eat store-bought again!

3 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup Cashews
3/4 cup sweetened coconut shredded
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
I like this nice,basic recipe. For variety, you can use different combinations of nuts and seeds, and dried fruit as well. This goes perfectly with homemade yogurt, and fresh fruit...yum!

AlfredndeniseI have already made it twice now ! wonderful recipe ! it's very yummy ! must give it a try ! be careful about adding the salt ! first time I read it mistake, i add 3/4 'cup' of salt instead of teaspoon ! lol !
