Greek Salad with grains

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Grain

1/2 Finely Chopped Red onion

1 Stock celery stalks

1 Diced Cucumber

1/2 Can Black beans

1/2 Cup Corn

1 Cup Cherry tomatoes sliced

1 Boiled Egg diced

1/2 cup Feta cheese

1/4 Cup Safflour Oil

1/8 Cup Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1tbsp Honey


Directions

Prepare any type grain to instructions. Dice & chop vegetables. Drain grains when done. Add veggies & beans. Mix last 4 ingredients in mason jar shake well to make dressing. Add to salad and mix gently.
