1. Wash and seed peppers and cut into 1-inch cubes. Peel cucumber and cut into 1-inch cubes. Wash tomatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes. Wash celery and slice on the diagonal into 1/2-inch-thick pieces. Cut feta cheese into 1/2-inch cubes. 2. In a 2-quart bowl, mix peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, feta cheese, and red onion. Season with salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, oregano, and basil.
