Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups chicken shredded

3/4 cup greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mustard

2 cups green onions, green pepper, celery, cucumbers chopped vegetables

1 cup fruit - apples, grapes chopped

salt & pepper

1/2 cup nuts, optional almonds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds


Directions

Mix yogurt and mustard with shredded chicken. Add chopped fruit & vegetables. Refrigerate and serve cold. 21 Day Fix Container Counts 4 servings Chicken & Yogurt - 1 red Vegetables - 1/2 Green Fruit - 1/4 Purple Either 1 blue (nuts) or 1 orange (seeds)
