Green Rice - Weight Watchers

Ingredients

2 cn Cream of mushroom soup

1 bn Green Onions sliced

8 oz Cheese (Velveeta Works great), Shredded

3/4 c Celery sliced

4 tb Diet Margarine (melted)

1 c Rice, uncooked

1 1-lb bag Broccoli chopped


Directions

From: kmeade@ids2.idsonline.com (The Meades) Date: Sun, 19 May 1996 15:30:17 -0400 Combine rice and melted margarine. Add onions, cheese, celery, broccoli (frozen) and soup. Stir to mix. Place in 2 qt casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is cooked (Cover while baking). I used cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom and added mushrooms to the broccoli. It was excellent :)
