Grilled Catch of the Day

Ingredients

2 ts Lemon juice; (10 ml)

Butter

1 ts Chopped celery; (5 g)

250 g King fish; cut into pieces

1/4 ts Oregano; (1 g)

salt and pepper to taste

20 g Green pepper

Salt to taste

1 ts Garlic; chopped (5 g)

100 g Rice; parboiled

2 ts Ginger paste; (10 g)

10 g Scallion; chopped fine


Directions

MIX all the marinade ingredients and marinate the fish in this mixture for a few minutes. Grill the fish till tender. To prepare the herb rice : Heat butter in a pan. Saute garlic, oregano and scallion for one minute. Add rice and salt to taste and saute till done. Place the fish on a bed of ragout of grilled vegetables and herb rice. NOTES : (Grilled fish served with vegetable stew)
