Ingredients

4 Chicken breast halves bone-in skin-on

1/2 Can Beer

8 Oz Pace Picante

1 Tsp Horseradish

2 Tsp Lime juice

1 Tsp Thyme

2 Clove Pressed garlic

Few Dryed onions

2 Tsp Coffee grounds

1 Tsp Black pepper

1/2 Tsp Ground mustard

1/4 Cup Olive oil


Directions

Marinate overnight in a plastic bag. Squeeze it occasionally. Scrape off marinate. Sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, kosher salt on both sides. Grilll and baste grill and chicken with about 1 cup of marinate and 1/4 cup olive oil. Fire temperature should be between 350-400 degrees. Use wood chips to add flavor. Grill chicken directly over lava rocks or use charcoal. Grilll and baste both sides. Cook on top rack of grill for 15 minutes on one side Baste both sides and grill on other side for another 15 minutes. Check for Doness.
