Grilled, cream corn

Cream corn side dish using grilled corn, cream, milk.

Ingredients

5 ears corn on the cob

3/4 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup whole milk

1/4 cup cheese

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp flour


Directions

Grill ears for 15 mins, slightly blacken a little in a few areas. Slice kernels off cob. Add 3 tbsp of butter to kernels in pan, add tbspn or so of flour, stir. Cook for min. Add 3/4. Cup of heavy cream, little salt, even less pepper Take 1/3 of the corn and put in food processor. Reduce into mush. Mix back together, add 3/4 cup of whole milk, quick stir Grate pamasian or other cheese, 1/4 cup into pan, mix. Add chopped parsley. Mix. cook till hot.
