Preheat oventop griddle or electric grill that cooks both sides at once. Coat salmon steaks with nonstick cooking spray, then sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Grill for 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. (Two-sided grill will take less time--check fish after 3 to 4 minutes.) Combine parsley and lemon juice and drizzle over fish.
