Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the mushrooms. Let sit 1/2 hour until the grill is hot. Place the mushrooms on the grill stem side up. Grill 5-6 minutes on medium, turn and grill 3 minutes.
Salad: I tossed up about 4 cups of greens with some mixed bell peppers, 1/4 cup of blueberries, herbs and mixed in 1 Tbsp. blueberry balsamic into the vinaigrette. Add sliced mushrooms and toss with vinaigrette.
