Ground Turkey Jerky

Ingredients

1 lb Ground turkey

1 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp Curing Salt

1 tsp Black pepper

1 tsp Lemon pepper

1 tsp Curry powder

1 tbsp Brown sugar

1 tsp Ginger powder

1/4 tsp Ground Coriander

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 tsp Onion powder


Directions

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the beef to create the seasoning. 2. Thoroughly mix the beef in with the seasoning, ensuring a uniform mixture. 3. Using a jerky gun, load the gun with the ground beef mixture and shoot 5 to six inch long strips onto a dehydrator tray. 4. Dry using a dehydrator at 160 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 hours, or until just dry to the touch.
