2. Thoroughly mix the beef in with the seasoning, ensuring a uniform mixture.
3. Using a jerky gun, load the gun with the ground beef mixture and shoot 5 to six inch long strips onto a dehydrator tray.
4. Dry using a dehydrator at 160 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 hours, or until just dry to the touch.
