Guacamole Dip

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados peeled, seeded and mashed

1/2 clove garlic mashed

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 Tbsp minced onion

1 small, ripe tomato chopped

2 tsp chili powder

1 Tbsp olive oil

salt


Directions

Combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt. Chill until ready to serve. Serve as dip with South African rock lobster tails. Yields 2 cups.
