Gyro Salad

Ingredients

1 lb Ground turkey

3 heads Romaine

3 Roma Tomatoes

1/4 cup Feta cheese

1 Cucumber

1/3 cup Greek olives

1/2 cup chickpeas

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

1/3 cup olive oil


Directions

Brown turkey in nonstick pan with seasonings. Chop all vegetables. Combine in bowl with feta cheese, greek olives, and chickpeas. Combine lemon juice, white wine vinegar, white sugar, garlic, plain greek yogurt, and olive oil in blender. Blend until smooth. Toss salad with dressing.
