Ingredients: 1 pound Ground beef; 1 medium Onion chopped; 2 8-oz cans Tomato sauce; 1 teaspoon Salt; 1 teaspoon Sugar; 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt; 1/4 teaspoon Pepper; 4 cups medium noodles; 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese; 1 8 ounce Cream cheese softened; 1/4 cup Sour cream; 1/3 cup Green onions sliced; 1/4 cup Green pepper chopped; 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef

1 medium Onion chopped

2 8-oz cans Tomato sauce

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Sugar

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

4 cups medium noodles

1 cup cream-style cottage cheese

1 8 ounce Cream cheese softened

1/4 cup Sour cream

1/3 cup Green onions sliced

1/4 cup Green pepper chopped

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Directions

Cook beef and onion till brown. Stir in next five ingredients. Remove from heat. Cook noodles using package directions; drain. Meanwhile, combine next 5 ingredients. Spread half the noodles in 11x7x1 ½-inch baking dish. Moisten with some of the hamburger sauce. Cover with cheese mixture. Top with remaining noodles, then hamburger sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
