Cook beef and onion till brown. Stir in next five ingredients. Remove from heat. Cook noodles using package directions; drain. Meanwhile, combine next 5 ingredients. Spread half the noodles in 11x7x1 ½-inch baking dish. Moisten with some of the hamburger sauce. Cover with cheese mixture. Top with remaining noodles, then hamburger sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
